Overview

This supported roller arm type centralizer is mainly used to support and centralize downhole tools and instrument strings, and can also be used in vertical shafts, inclined shafts and horizontal Wells. A roller is installed on the support arm of the centralizer. One side of the supported arm is connected to a spring compression mechanism, which keeps the support arm constantly open and provides a uniform and large centralizing force. 

Structural characteristics

1.The supported arm type centralizer is composed of an Upper Sub, a Centering Sleeve, a Roller, a Mandrel, a Lower, a Spring, etc. Fixed seat , bracket , the spring is installed on the spindle; The support arm is installed on the fixed Sleeve, and the spring force keeps the support arm open all the time; The two support arms are connected by pins and are equipped with rollers. The upper and lower parts of the mandrel are connected to the upper and lower joints.

2.When the tool is in the free state, the support arm is opened by the compression spring; when it enters the pipe column, the support arm contracts and the compression spring is compressed; at the same time, the spring provides continuous force to the support arm, keeping the roller in contact with the inner wall of the pipe column and playing a centering role. At the same time, the customer can adjust the support arm's opening strength by adjusting the adjusting nut according to the change of the wellbore size.compared with the bow spring plate type stabilizer, this stabilizer has a more consistent and continuous stabilizing force and less frictional resistance during the descent.

Note

 1. When connecting the tool, apply lubricating grease to the threads and sealing areas;

 2. Do not allow water, oil stains, etc. to drip into the internal part of the cable spring centering device to avoid affecting the insulation performance;

 3. When assembling the tool, ensure the threads are aligned properly to avoid excessive deviation that may cause damage to the threads and cable contacts.
